In-house training: the ECS Academy
The ECS Academy, our in-house training facility, was founded in 2000 with the aim of enhancing and updating our skills, sharing the benefit of our market and technology expertise and cultivating a common vision. Every year the Academy devises customised training courses that are tailored to each employee’s specific requirements and combined with practical experience in the field.
The ECS Academy gives employees the opportunity to update their knowledge and skills at any time during their career with more in-depth, specialised courses.
Our in-house experts help new recruits learn about ECS’s business, products, company culture and the relationships between the different departments.
Outside training
We offer a wide range of training courses (language, DTP, management, first aid, etc), all of which are designed to develop and enhance employees’ skills.

In 2006, 950 people attended the “Client Capital” training course which focused on improving customer satisfaction.

In 2007, management training courses were organised in order to ensure better communication and encourage initiative.
