A pan-European group with multi-environment expertise and a network of partners in the IT industry, we can advise our clients on the solution best-suited to their requirements.

Comprehensive expertise and a holistic approach

A team of 600 IT asset leasing experts in a variety of platforms - Wintel, iSeries, UNIX, mainframe, storage, networks, mobility and security – help customers ensure business continuity for their mission critical data every day. ECS offers unparalleled expertise, combined with a holistic approach that handles both the technical and financial aspects of customers’ IT requirements. A number of ECS employees have obtained accreditation from the main hardware and software manufacturers including Cisco, EMC, HP, IBM, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, and Trader’s. The ECS Academy Every year, the ECS Academy, our in-house training facility, delivers 6,000 days of training to its employees on the latest technology and ECS’ services and areas of business. This commitment to improving and updating skills is in keeping with our overall quality policy which focuses on offering customers the best possible guidance and advice.

A wealth of resources and facilities

The IT Services Centres
To deliver our solutions, we have several services facilities:



     
  • The Technical and Remarketing Service Centre in Lognes, on the outskirts of Paris, with a staff of 130 people, provides Business Continuity services for servers and desktops, imaging, integration and deployment, as well as server remarketing and brokerage.
  • The Support and Outsourcing Centres, located in Noisy le Grand near Paris and Tours, feature a customer call centre, remote services, a hosting facility and a Competence Centre, and employ a total of 200 people. Logistics and remarketing capabilities.
Our four logistics facilities across Europe handle all equipment returned at the end of lease contracts. The hardware is either resold by our Brokerage team or recycled in compliance with the WEEE directive.
