Which is the best browser to view the ECS website?
If you haven't already done so, please download the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape that will give you an optimal view of the site:
Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2.
What is the best screen resolution setting?
The ECS website has been configured for 1024 x 766 screen resolution on a 15” monitor.
How can I get an overview of the whole site?
Click on "Sitemap" in the navigation bar on the left hand side. This will open all the headings/subheadings and sections of the site. Use the hyperlinks to go directly to the required information.
I'm not getting any animations on my screen. Why?
If you don't have the required plug-in, your browser won't display any animations.
The purpose of the plug-in is to tell your browser how to interpret multimedia files.
Download the Flash Plug-in.
How can I display PDF documents?
You will need the Acrobat reader application.
