ECS’s inventory service involves one or more technicians collecting the necessary data on the company’s equipment base.
There are two types of inventory available:
Administrative inventory:
• User and their location are identified
• Machines (make, model, serial n°, etc) identified
Complete inventory: a detailed audit of the technical data:
• User and their location are identified
• Machines (make, model, serial n°, etc) identified
• IP address, processor, clock frequency, RAM, HDD, software, etc...
