Social sustainability

Skilled, motivated employees
ECS’ Human Resources policy focuses on employee retention and motivation, by optimising labour relations and working conditions, running advanced training programmes, and facilitating geographical and inter-departmental transfers. The group’s staff has increased sixfold over the past decade.
ECS employees are constantly encouraged to embrace the company’s values, which contributes directly to successful customer relationships.

Corporate volunteering
ECS employees are regularly encouraged to take part in corporate volunteering schemes in the field of education.

ECS supports the Center for Information Systems Training (CIST), an IT training college in Phnom Pehn, Cambodia, which was set up by the charity Passerelles Numériques to provide vocational training for disadvantaged young people. In addition to funding the school’s IT equipment, ECS has also sent some of its employees as volunteers to teach there.
