The recruitment process


After sending in your application via our website, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your application is being processed.

If we are interested in your application, we will then contact you to discuss the position further (key responsibilities, notice period, salary expectations, etc).


If this first step is successful, you will be invited to attend an interview during which we will discuss your experience and expectations in further detail. Depending on the position applied for, you may also be asked to complete a personality test which will enable us to evaluate your aptitudes, promotion potential, and ability to fit in with the Group culture.


For certain positions, this interview will be conducted by an outside consultancy.

After each stage of the recruitment process, we will notify you of our decision via email or post.
